If you have ever moved, you know how drudgingly long it takes. It seems to take forever to move that living room furniture! Well, presenting the solution. You may have seen some bizarre things, but check this out. This road-legal living room furniture set has its own desk with plants, a cup, and a plate full of biscuits on it.

It was driven by modern day Evel Knievel , Marek Turowsk, who set a brand new Fastest Furniture Land Speed Record in Leicestershire, England, on May 16, 2007. It moved at 92 miles per hour. The record still stands (runs?).
The previous record of 87mph was set in 1998 by an engineer, Ed China – who built this new wacky machine for company sofa.com. Although a bit disappointed about seeing his title of “The World’s Fastest Furniture Driver” slip, he quipped, “At least I still have the constructor’s title to boast about.”
Just think, you never have to leave your living room couch to run an errand, but wear your seatbelt.
