The World’s Smallest Giraffe

By • May 5, 2011 • 1 Comment

These petite giraffes are strange animals that need special handling. They are very good with children, yet can be a bit shy. Even loud children are no problem, as they will not bite. They may be odd animals, but they are oh so cute.

The adult petite giraffe grows to about 76 centimeters tall, and a newborn measures in at just about 15 centimeters. Their weight generally ranges from about 4 to 5 kilograms, and their diet consists of the leaves of a bonsai tree and distilled water.

These really are bizarre things and an oddity of nature. They love being indoors, in an air conditioned climate, and they love listening to music. As far as grooming, they are said to love a good bubble bath.

What do you think, real or fake?
