Richard Sandrack, by the age of six, already had a body-builder’s eight-pack abdomen. This odd photo may appear to have Richard’s face superimposed, but it is his actual photo. Richard moved to America with his parents from the Ukraine, when he was two. His dad, Pavel, A World Martial Arts Champion and Lena, an Aerobics competitor, began his training Richard at two with light exercises and martial arts skills. This developed to an intense body-building work outs.

Frank and Sherry Goggin-Giardina, body-building, fitness and nutritional experts, started working with him. Frank and Sherry produced a fitness program for Richard, until he was lifting 180 pounds. He continued to train in martial arts, and by age eight.
Richard’s body fat is at 1%, which for any other child could be life threatening. Pavel has been giving Richard a powder supplement to maintain Richard’s low body fat, and to assist him in continuing his muscle growth, reportedly. Understandably, Frank stopped working with Richard in this extreme training regimen for a child. At this rate, it appears he may surpass the great Arnold Schwarzenegger, who won Mr. Olympia seven times (he began training at the old age of 15).
